'Finale in the Forge' Concludes with Pro Wrestling, Vendors, and Free Eats By Jennifer Bailey Staff Writer Clifton Forge, VA (Sept. 28, 2025)—'Finale in the Forge,' after being moved from Main Street to the bottom floor of the Clifton Forge School of the Arts (CFSOTA) due to a rain forecast, concluded last night with a bang! Literally. Locals were treated to pro wrestlers who spent their fair share of time banging each other around, hurling one another into the ropes, and slamming their opponents into the wrestling ring floor. Fans were thrilled. As the wrestling took place in one area of the CFSOTA, several vendors were set up in others. Whether you wanted to visit "The Scone Lady," get your face painted, buy some beautiful flowers, grab some wrestling souvenirs, or scoop up some free food, there was a little something there for everyone. This was the last of Clifton Forge Main Street's "Fridays in the Forge" series this year. If you missed them, we are most certain the series will return next year with plenty to do and, perhaps, more wrestlers to haggle.
