 | Recently, Alleghany High School students in the Alleghany Highlands Advancement (AHA) program’s Law and Political Science track toured the Cold War-era bunker at The Greenbrier Resort in White Sulphur Springs, W.Va. The tour gave students a unique, behind-the-scenes look at Cold War history and national security, deepening their understanding of government operations during times of crisis. The expanded AHA program now offers two pathways: Healthcare and Law and Political Science. AHA: Law and Political Science provides hands-on learning experiences in law, government, public policy, and leadership.
