'Piano Men Generations' Rocks the House at Historic Masonic Theatre By Jennifer Bailey Staff Writer   Clifton Forge, VA (Sept. 26, 2026)— On the evening of Saturday, September 26, the Historic Masonic Theatre was host to Piano Men Generations, a popular band led by a father/son duo, Terry and Nick Davies, both of whom play the piano and supply most of the vocals. Piano Men Generations was created by the Davies' due to their shared loved of both Billy Joel and Elton John, to whom they pay tribute through their concerts. Adding to the band are Mike Richau on drums, Christian Phillips on guitar and vocals, Chris Whiteley on woodwinds, keys, percussion, and vocals, and Nat Theobald on bass. The talented band performed several hits between Joel and John including but not limited to: Don't Let the Sun Go Down on Me, Uptown Girl, Circle of Life, It's Still Rock and Roll to Me, and Rocket Man. Throughout the evening, guests clapped and sang along to their favorite tunes, often participating in the act. Even the Journal couldn't help itself. You may have caught a glimpse of this writer swaying, clapping, and/or singing along to the Billy Joel and Elton John hits which were brilliantly performed by Piano Men Generations.
