Sept. 13 Deputy Altizer & Deputy Smith responded to a domestic dispute in the Millboro area.
Sept. 13 Deputy Altizer assisted Hot Springs Rescue with a call in the Hot Springs area.
Sept. 13 Deputy Plecker conducted a well-being check on a resident on Ridge Rd. in the Millboro area.
Sept. 13 Deputy Plecker and VSP searched for a child in the Warm Springs area. Child was located safe.
Sept. 13 Deputy Altizer conducted a traffic stop at the intersection of Douthat State Park Rd and Mountain Valley Rd.
Sept. 14 Lt. Miller conducted an investigation at Bath County High School.
Sept. 14 Lt. Miller & Deputy Plecker conducted a traffic stop on Mountain Valley Rd in the Millboro area.
Sept. 14 Lt. Miller & Deputy O’Conner responded to the Dollar General in Mitchelltown for a fight in the parking lot.
Sept. 14 Major Grimm arrested Gilbert Mordey for Child Endangerment.
Sept. 14 Deputy McGuire conducted a traffic stop on Cowpasture River Hwy in the Millboro area.
Sept. 14 Deputy Harlow responded to Jackson River Tpke for a report of an aggressive dog chasing neighbors.
Sept. 14 Deputy Harlow & Deputy Plecker responded to Jackson River Tpke for a report of a dog that had killed a cat. Dog was taken to the Bath County Animal Shelter.
Sept. 14 Deputy Harlow checked on a disabled vehicle in the Mitchelltown area.
Sept. 14 Deputy O’Conner assisted Hot Springs Fire & Rescue on an activated fire alarm on Old Dairy Rd in Warm Springs.
Sept. 15 Deputy Harlow & Deputy O’Conner assisted Hot Springs Rescue Squad with an intoxicated pedestrian in Hot Springs.
Sept. 15 Deputy Harlow checked on a suspicious vehicle on McGuffin Rd.
Sept. 15 Lt. Miller conducted an investigation on Thomastown Rd in Hot Springs.
Sept. 15 Major Grimm & Deputy O’Conner transported an inmate from Alleghany Regional Jail to Western State Hospital.
Sept. 15 Sheriff Plecker & Major Grimm responded to Deerfield Rd for a dispute.
Sept. 15 Deputy O’Conner arrested Jeremy Bursey on a Botetourt County warrant. Bursey was transported to the Alleghany Regional Jail.
Sept. 16 Deputy Harlow checked on a fire on Crooked Spur in Millboro. Deputy Harlow advised it was a controlled burn.
Sept. 16 Deputy Plecker checked on an injured deer on Cowpasture River Hwy.
Sept. 16 Capt. Smith checked on a disabled vehicle on Mountain Valley Rd in the Millboro area.
Sept. 16 Deputy Fry conducted a traffic stop near Valley Elementary School. Vehicle ran the red lights on the school bus.
Sept. 17 Major Grimm transported an inmate from Albermarle Charlottesville Jail to Alleghany Regional Jail.
Sept. 17 Deputy Smith responded to a motor vehicle accident on Mountain Valley Rd in the Warm Springs area.
Sept. 17 Lt. Miller & Deputy Colaw responded to Douthat State Park Rd for a report of stolen items from a residence.
Sept. 18 Major Grimm responded to a motor vehicle accident on Mountain Valley Rd in the Millboro area.
Sept. 18 Deputy O’Conner transported an inmate from Blur Ridge Regional Jail to Alleghany Regional Jail.
Sept. 18 Deputy McGuire checked on a suspicious person at the Windy Cove Church in Millboro.
Sept. 18 Deputy McGuire checked on an injured motorist on River Rd.
Sept. 18 Lt. Miller conducted an investigation at a residence on Douthat State Park Rd.
Sept. 18 Deputy O’Conner assisted a citizen with keys locked in a vehicle.

Sept. 19 Deputy O’Conner checked on illegal parking on Mountain Ave Rd in Hot Springs.

Sept. 19 Deputy Harlow, Deputy Bryan & Deputy Altizer conducted a traffic stop on Jackson River Tpke near Slatey Bluff Ln. Savanna Mikayla Wiant was arrested for DUI and transported to Alleghany Regional Jail.
Bath County Sheriff’s Office emergency communications officers answered 270 incoming calls and made 122 outbound calls during this time period.
