Monday, September 7, 2026 Lt. Miller responded to Sheep Meadow Rd. for an animal control call.
Monday, September 7, 2026 Major Grimm, Lt. Miller and Deputy T. Plecker escorted a citizen en route to the hospital.
Tuesday, September 8, 2026 Deputy D. Smith responded to Main Street in Hot Springs after receiving a report of a suspicious person. Citizen was driven home by officer.
Tuesday, September 8, 2026 Deputy Smith attempted to locate a vehicle needing assistance in the area of the Falls Rd. Call turned over to Alleghany Sheriff’s Office.
Tuesday, September 8, 2026 Lt. Miller responded to Church Dr. in Warm Springs for residential alarm; assisted by Sheriff R. Plecker.
Tuesday, September 8, 2026 Capt. C. Smith and Lt. Miller assisted a citizen in Thomastown who locked their keys in their car.
Tuesday, September 8, 2026 Lt. Miller provided traffic control in Hot Springs for a delivery truck.
Tuesday, September 8, 2026 Deputy T. Plecker responded to an animal control call in Pinehurst Heights.
Wednesday, September 9, 2026 Capt. C. Smith assisted a citizen that wanted to file a criminal complaint.
Wednesday, September 9, 2026 Major Grimm and Deputies O’Conner and Bryan responded to a business in West Warm Springs for a drunk and disorderly male. Deputy Bryan arrested Ritish Rajendrabhai Patel of Warm Springs for public intoxication. Arrestee was transported to Alleghany Regional Jail.
Thursday, September 10, 2026 Capt. C. Smith responded to the Poor Farm Rd area for a report of a dog running loose in the work zone. Smith returned dog to a neighbor in the area.
Thursday, September 10, 2026 Deputy O’Conner conducted a traffic stop near Fairview.
Friday, September 11, 2026 Capt. C. Smith and Deputy D. Smith responded to the Intersection of Sam Snead Hwy. and Mountain Valley Rd. for a vehicle parked in the middle of the roadway. Capt. C. Smith arrested Trina Michell Wyant of Weston, WV for disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. Arrestee was transported to Alleghany Regional Jail.
Friday, September 11, 2026 Deputies Bryan and O’Conner responded to the Bath Community Hospital parking lot for a person causing a disturbance.
Friday, September 11, 2026 Capt. C. Smith received a report of a possible scam and advised the citizen.
Saturday, September 12, 2026 Deputy Altizer assisted the Hot Springs Rescue Squad on a call on Spring Mountain Rd.
Saturday, September 12, 2026 Lt. Miller assisted citizens at Bath County High School after a small vehicle incident.
Saturday, September 12, 2026 Deputy McGuire transported an arrestee from Alleghany Regional Jail to LewisGale Hospital Alleghany & returned arrestee to ARJ.
Saturday, September 12, 2026 Lt. Miller responded to Peaksview for a dispute among neighbors.
Saturday, September 12, 2026 Deputy D. Smith unlocked a vehicle on Trail’s End Ln.
Saturday, September 12, 2026 Deputy Altizer conducted a traffic stop near La Rue Ln.
Saturday, September 12, 2026 Deputy Altizer assisted the Hot Springs Rescue Squad on a call in the Ashwood area.
Saturday, September 12, 2026 Deputies Altizer and D. Smith responded to Westminster Rd. for a domestic dispute.
