May 10, 2026     Deputy R. Miller responded to the Omni Homestead to speak to a worker at that location.

May 10, 2026     Deputy J. Bryan responded to Millboro to unlock a car.

May 10, 2026     Bryan performed a well-being check on a citizen in Millboro.

May 10, 2026     Deputy Colaw and Deputy Miller checked Millboro Springs area after a call for a suspicious person.

May 11, 2026     Lt. C. Smith unlocked a vehicle on Mill Creek.

May 11, 2026     Deputy T. Plecker transported a prisoner from Roanoke County/Salem Jail to Alleghany Regional Jail.

May 11, 2026     C. Smith unlocked a vehicle in West Warm Springs.

May 11, 2026     D. Smith, Arnold, T. Plecker and Colaw along with VSP conducted a checking detail south of Hot Springs.

May 11, 2026     D. Smith checked the Routier Hill area after receiving a report of a possible prowler in the area.

May 11, 2026     Deputy Harlow assisted the rescue squad at a residence in Ashwood.

May 11, 2026     Harlow and D. Smith responded to an alarm at a residence in Warm Springs.

May 12, 2026     C. Smith and T. Plecker performed a well-being check on Roseloe Lane.

May 12, 2026     T. Plecker responded to a residence in Ashwood to assist a citizen unlocking a door.

May 12, 2026     T. Plecker arrested Anthony Kitt on a capias for failure to appear. Arrestee was transported to Alleghany Regional Jail by T. Plecker.

May 12, 2026     Deputy T. O’Conner assisted the rescue squad in Tinkertown.

May 12, 2026     Deputies C. Altizer and D. Smith checked a residence in Carloover after a 911 hangup call.

May 12, 2026     Harlow performed a traffic stop on Bathhouse Hill in Hot Springs.

May 13, 2026     D. Smith and Harlow investigated a report of a stolen wallet.

May 13, 2026     Deputy J. Rexrode cleared tree debris from the roadway on Indian Draft Rd.

May 13, 2026     Miller and T. Plecker responded to a residence on Routier Hill for a dispute.

May 13, 2026     Miller responded to a residence on Rainbow Hill for a dispute. Two trespass notices were served.

May 13, 2026     Miller unlocked a vehicle at a Hot Springs business.

May 14, 2026     C. Smith spoke to a landlord who needed access to their rental property in Bacova.

May 15, 2026     O’Conner conducted a traffic stop south of Hot Springs.

May 15, 2026     C. Smith assisted a citizen with a civil dispute in the Ashwood area.

May 15, 2026     Major. J. Grimm and Arnold investigated a report of a breaking and entering and larceny that occurred in the Hot Springs area.

May 15, 2026     D. Smith retrieved a dog from the roadway in Pinehurst Heights and returned the dog to its owners.

May 15, 2026     Harlow assisted at a motor vehicle accident on Back Creek Mountain.

May 15, 2026     Harlow checked on a person camping at Poor Farm.

May 15, 2026     Altizer assisted a citizen in Thomastown.

May 15, 2026     Altizer checked Carloover for an aggressive dog reported in the area.

May 16, 2026     Altizer performed a traffic stop on Main St. in Hot Springs.

May 16, 2026     Altizer responded to Hot Springs to unlock a vehicle.

May 16, 2026     Grimm, D. Smith and Arnold responded to a residence on Tunnel Hill at the request of Rockbridge County Sheriff’s Office for a wanted person. Person not found.

May 16, 2026     D. Smith removed two hunting dogs from the Old Course at the Homestead and took them to the animal shelter.

May 16, 2026     D. Smith, Arnold and T. McRoberts responded to Douthat State Park. The officers assisted individuals who were lost.

May 16, 2026     D. Smith and Arnold responded to Hot Springs for a report of a suspicious person on private property.

May 16, 2026     Harlow responded to West Warm Springs to investigate a report of items stolen from a residence.

May 16, 2026     Harlow and Altizer responded to Spring Mountain Rd. for a possible domestic dispute.

May 16, 2026     Harlow performed a traffic stop in Hot Springs.

Bath County Sheriff’s Office emergency communications officers answered 239 incoming calls and made 84 outbound calls during this time.
