Mountain Gateway Holds Pinning Ceremony for RN Graduates By Jennifer Bailey Staff Writer   Clifton Forge, VA (May 6, 2026)— Mountain Gateway Community College (MGCC) held a special pinning ceremony for the Registered Nurse (RN) graduates of the class of 2026. The event featured a welcome by Dr. John Rainone, President of MGCC, keynote speaker Michelle Hylton, a brief speech regarding the significance of the pin by Summer Byer, pinnning of the graduates, a lighting of the lamp ceremony and Nightingale pledge, both led by Nicole McCain, and the blessing of the hands read by Carla Dobbs. This year's graduates include: Kay Arrington, Alexis Barron, Victoria Blackwell, Shaquana Bonds, Nicole Burke, Jessie Campbell, Alexis Cash, Jordon Dawson, Mikaela Goodbar, Meaghan Kenny, Savannah McDaniel, Amber Oelke Dileggi, Elizabeth Persinger, Peyton Reese, Jin Scott, Laura Wade, Kinley Willis, Cheyenne Witherow, and Debra Woolridge.
