Hot Springs, VA (May 5, 2026) - Bath Community Hospital is proud to announce that its Mammography Department has successfully passed its accreditation review, maintaining full accreditation status for the next three years. The department also completed its annual Mammography Quality Standards Act (MQSA) inspection, a federally required program that ensures mammography facilities meet strict standards for equipment, image quality, technologist training, and patient safety, and passed with no findings.
Accreditation confirms that the hospital’s mammography services continue to meet nationally recognized standards for image quality, safety, and patient care.
