AHS Black History Month Talent Show Rocks the Crowd By Ashley Prior Staff Writer   Covington, Va. (Feb. 26, 2026) – The Black History Month Talent Show energized Alleghany High School on Thursday evening, featuring student performances in singing, rapping, and poetry. The Alleghany Journal was on hand to capture smiling faces and award presentations, while Tropical Spice provided catering for the event.
