Glen Dobbs, PA-C

Dobbs Joins Bath Community Physicians Group

Hot Springs, VA (Feb. 24, 2026) - Bath Community Physicians Group is pleased to welcome Glen Dobbs, PA-C, to its medical team. Glen brings more than 20 years of clinical experience in otolaryngology (ENT), allergy, and urgent care, along with a long-standing reputation for detail-oriented, patient-centered care.

Glen completed his Physician Assistant training at Jefferson College of Health Science in 2000 and has maintained continuous national certification through the NCCPA since graduation.

He began his career with Alleghany ENT, where he spent over two decades providing comprehensive ENT care in both outpatient and inpatient settings. His clinical background includes extensive surgical first-assist experience in procedures such as thyroidectomy, parotidectomy, submandibular gland removal, and modified radical neck dissections, as well as a wide range of in-office ENT procedures.

In addition to his ENT experience, Glen worked with Alliance Urgent Care, treating a broad spectrum of non-life-threatening illnesses and injuries. His responsibilities included wound care, orthopedic splinting, and minor procedures.

Most recently, Glen provided general ENT care with LewisGale Physicians ENT, practicing independently in satellite clinics and collaboratively with supervising physicians in the main clinic.

“Glen’s extensive clinical experience, strong procedural skill set, and commitment to patient-centered care make him an exceptional addition to our team,” said Dr. Scott Crosby, Medical Director. “Please join us in welcoming him and offering your support as he transitions into his new role.”

Glen will be seeing patients at the Hot Springs Clinic and helping expand access to care for the community.
