Sunday, January 18, 2026 Deputy Bryan IV, Deputy Altizer, and Deputy Colaw responded to a report of a prowler at a residence on Dunns Gap Road.
Sunday, January 18, 2026 Deputy Colaw assisted fire and rescue with a structure fire at a residence on Thomastown Road.
Monday, January 19, 2026 Deputy T. Plecker assisted Hot Springs Rescue Squad with a call on Panther Drive.
Monday, January 19, 2026 Deputy Harlow and Deputy T. Plecker responded to a dispute at a residence on Douthat State Park Road.

Wednesday, January 21, 2026 Deputy T. Plecker transported an inmate from Alleghany Regional Jail to General District Court in Warm Springs. Inmate was transported back to Alleghany Regional Jail at the conclusion of court.

Saturday, January 24, 2025 Deputy Harlow and Deputy Miller arrested Lisa Martin Thornton on a capias from Rockbridge County for probation violation for possession of schedule I or II drugs, and false identify to law enforcement and a capias from Augusta County for fail to appear. Deputy Miller transported Thornton to Alleghany Regional Jail.
Saturday, January 24, 2026 Deputy Miller responded to a vehicle in a ditch on Sam Snead Highway near the intersection of Rose Lane.
Bath County Sheriff’s Office emergency communications officers answered 291 incoming calls and made 104 outbound calls during this time period.
