CF Police Chief Notes Warming Center Information   Clifton Forge, VA (Jan. 22, 2026) - Clifton Forge Police Chief and Director of Public Safety, Barry Balser, released the following note: ""January 22, 2026 The Clifton Forge Fire Department, 701 Church Street, and the Clifton Forge Volunteer Rescue Squad, 1610 Hickory Avenue, will be open as warming stations starting at 0700 hours on Saturday, January 24, 2026, to Tuesday, January 27, 2026, due to the predicted winter storm. The stations may be open for a longer period of time based on the impacts of the storm.
