 | The First Presbyterian Church made a donation to the Alleghany County Regional Jail Inmate work crew program today (Jan. 22, 2026). A $500 donation was made to assist with the purchase of necessary items that will help Deputy Armentrout and his crew continue to clean up Alleghany County. The Presbyterian Church is hopeful that this donation will spur other civic organizations to want to help with this valuable program.
