Covington Commissioner of the Revenue, Treasurer Sworn In   Covington, VA (Dec. 16, 2025) - Both the Treasurer and Commissioner of the Revenue were officially sworn in on Tuesday, Dec. 16, 2025 by Debra Byer, Clerk of the Alleghany County Circuit Court. Covington Commissioner of the Revenue Cathy Kimberlin, along with Master Deputy II Crystal Hoke, and Deputy I Roscoe Fridley were sworn in Tuesday, Dec. 16, in Covington City Hall Council Chambers.
