Alleghany Highlands Chorale Gives Breathtaking Performance Sunday Afternoon

Covington, VA (Dec. 7, 2025)— It's not often this writer is willing to insert her opinion when it pertains to delivering news. However, for the Alleghany Highlands Chorale, failing to do so might just doing a disservice to the beautiful harmonies, flute-playing, and soloists who graced the stage this afternoon at precisely 3:00 p.m.
It was in the main sanctuary of the First Presbyterian Church, located at 185 N. Maple Avenue in Covington, where the angelic voices of the Alleghany Highlands Chorale performed several wonderful, timeless, holiday treasures. They included, but are not limited to, "Angels We Have Heard on High," "Mary, Did You Know?," "Hark! The Herald Angels Sing," "Do You Hear What I Hear?," and "O Come, All Ye Faithful."
