Low Moor, VA (11-18-25)- Once again, the LewisGale Alleghany's Volunteer Auxiliary has hit it out of the park with more than $8,000 in donations to local organizations. To be exact, they donated $8,387.52, exceeding last year's amount by about $30 and change.

The Volunteer Auxiliary program is primarily funded by the hospital's gift shop sales and year-round fundraising events.

This morning, several representatives from local organizations showed up to accept their checks from the Auxiliary. The Journal was on-site and able to capture a quick photo of the volunteers as well as the representatives.
