Nov. 2     Sgt. Smith & Deputy Harlow conducted a traffic stop on Mountain Valley Rd. in the Millboro area.

Nov. 2     Deputy Harlow assisted a citizen with keys locked in their vehicle at Douthat State Park.

Nov. 2     Deputy Harlow conducted a traffic stop on Main St. in Hot Springs.

Nov. 2     Deputy Harlow conducted a traffic stop on Main St. in Hot Springs.

Nov. 3     Lt. Grimm spoke to a citizen about stolen property from a vehicle.

Nov. 3     Deputy Colaw & Deputy Bryan conducted extra patrols at voting precincts.

Nov. 3      Lt. Grimm & Deputy Bryan assisted Millboro Rescue Squad with a call.

Nov. 3     Deputy Colaw & Deputy Bryan responded to the Bath/Alleghany line for a report of a reckless driver.

Nov. 3     Deputy Colaw & Deputy Bryan assisted with security at the BCHS football game.

Nov. 3     Deputy Colaw & Deputy Bryan responded to the donation store in Millboro Springs for a report of a trespassing after hours.

Nov. 4     Lt. Grimm & Deputy Rexrode received information about a reckless driver that ran a school bus off the roadway. Occupants were ok.

Nov. 4          Deputy Altizer spoke with a citizen about stolen property from a residence.

Nov. 4     Lt. Grimm responded to a report of a suspicious vehicle in the Warm Springs area.

Nov. 4     Lt. Grimm assisted a citizen with keys locked in vehicle on Old Dairy Rd. in Warm Springs.

Nov. 4     Deputy Bryan & Trooper Elliott conducted a well-being check on a citizen in Warm Springs.

Nov. 5     Sgt. Phillips & Deputy Harlow transported an inmate from Alleghany Regional Jail to the Bath County General District Court. Lt. Grimm and Sgt. Phillips transported inmate back to Alleghany Regional Jail after court.

Nov. 5     Deputy Harlow assisted a citizen with keys locked in a vehicle in the Hot Springs area.

Nov. 5     Sheriff Plecker, Lt. Grimm, Sgt. Smith & Deputy Harlow responded to the Hot Springs area for a report of a suspicious person. Lt. Grimm located the subject and gave a courtesy ride to Creekside Dr.

Nov. 5     Sgt. Smith responded to a tree blocking the roadway on Mountain Valley Rd. in the Warm Springs area.

Nov. 5     Sgt. Smith & Deputy Altizer responded to Rubino Hill for a report of debris in the roadway.

Nov. 5     Deputy Altizer responded to Sam Snead Hwy & Courthouse Hill Rd for a tree blocking both lanes of traffic.

Nov. 6          Sgt. Smith responded to Dry Run Rd for a report of a tree blocking the roadway.

Nov. 6     Deputy Harlow assisted a citizen with keys locked in their vehicle in the Millboro area.

Nov. 6     Deputy Rexrode responded to Fort Lewis Lodge for a report of a tree blocking entire roadway.

Nov. 6          Sgt. Smith assisted a citizen with keys locked in vehicle in the Hot Springs area.

Nov. 6     Sgt. Smith & Deputy Harlow responded to the Millboro area for a report of a reckless driver.

Nov. 6     Deputy Harlow assisted Virginia State Police with a traffic stop near Courthouse Hill Rd in Warm Springs.

Nov. 6     Sgt. Smith & Deputy Harlow conducted a well-being check on a citizen in the Warm Springs area.

Nov. 6     Sgt. Smith & Deputy Harlow responded to a motor vehicle accident on Jackson River Tpke. involving a citizen being struck by a vehicle.

Nov. 6          Sgt. Smith conducted a well-being check on Pinehurst Heights Rd

Nov. 7     Deputy Bryan assisted a citizen with keys locked in their vehicle at Valley Elementary School.

Nov. 7     Lt. Grimm, Deputy McRoberts & Deputy Rexrode assisted with security at the BCHS football game.

Nov. 7          Deputy Smith responded to Carloover for a report of a burglary at a residence.

Nov. 8     Lt. Grimm, Deputy Colaw, Deputy Bryan & Deputy Harlow responded to the Warm Springs area for an active breaking and entering. Male subject ran out of an apartment into the woods. Deputy Colaw and Deputy Harlow deployed two K-9 units to track the subject. Deputy Bryan, IV deployed the drone to search for the subject.

Bath County Sheriff’s Office emergency communications officers answered 323 incoming calls and made 128 outgoing calls during this time.
