Award-Winning Storytellers Adam Booth and Elizabeth Rose Pack the House at Historic Masonic Theatre By Jennifer Bailey Staff Writer   Clifton Forge, VA (Oct. 30, 2025)— According to Wendy Hudler, Director of Operations at the Historic Masonic Theatre (HMT), it was a packed house at 10:00 a.m. this morning when middle schoolers and high schoolers arrived for the Alleghany Highlands Story Fest. The Journal caught a glimpse of the excitement later at 1:00 p.m. when a repeat showing was done for a second set of students. Award-winning storytellers Adam Booth and Elizabeth Rose took turns on stage, not only telling stories, but performing them in a very theatrical way which seemed to delight the students.
