Bath County Man Killed After Single Vehicle Crash Saturday Keswick Phillips Dies At The Scene   Bath County, VA (July 21, 2024) - Virginia State Police is investigating a single-vehicle crash which resulted in a fatality. The crash occurred Saturday, (July 20) at 9:25 p.m. on Route 39, two miles east of Route 600 in Bath County. A 2013 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 was traveling east on Route 39, when it ran off the right side of the roadway and struck a tree. The driver was identified as Keswick Forrest Phillips, 51, of Warm Springs, Va. Mr. Phillips was not wearing his seatbelt and died at the scene. Speed and alcohol were factors in the crash. The crash remains under investigation.
