Sunday, March 31, 2024     Deputy Miller responded to a tree in the roadway on Cowpasture River Highway near Cowpasture River Farm Road.

Sunday, March 31, 2024     Deputy Bryan IV checked on a tree in the roadway on Mountain Valley Road near Dinwiddie Trail.

Sunday< March 31, 2024     Deputy Miller assisted Millboro Fire Department and BARC Electric Cooperative with a tree on a power line on River Road near Winding River Lane.

Monday, April 1, 2024     Deputy D. Smith arrested Christina Giese on a capias for failure to appear.

Monday, April 1, 2024     Deputy McRoberts responded to a residence on Main Street near Pinehurst Heights Road to unlock a vehicle with keys locked inside.

Monday, April 1, 2004     Deputy Harlow assisted Hot Springs Rescue Squad with a call at a residence on Brook Drive.

Monday, April 1, 2024     Deputy Harlow arrested Tonya Hickman for driving under the influence, reckless driving, and refusing an intoxilyzer test.

Tuesday, April 2, 2024     Deputy D. Smith responded to a business on Main Street in Hot Springs on an activated burglar alarm.

Tuesday, April 2, 2024     Deputy D. Smith responded to a residence on Coles Mountain Road for a larceny.

Tuesday, April 2, 2024     Captain Weaver and Deputy D. Smtih responded to Talbott’s Lane for a tree that fell across of an electric line.

Tuesday, April 2, 2024     Major Bryan III responded to a tree in the roadway on Sam Snead Highway near Hobby Horse Farm Road.

Tuesday, April 2, 2024     Deputy D. Smith responded to a tree in the roadway on Jackson River Turnpike near Coles Mountain Road.

Tuesday, April 2, 2024     Major Bryan III checked on a possible electrical fire near the Cascades Golf Course.

Tuesday, April 2, 2024     Deputy D. Smith responded to Bolars Draft Road to unlock a vehicle with keys locked in a vehicle.

Tuesday, April 2, 2024     Deputy T. Plecker checked on a suspicious vehicle parked near Sam Snead’s Tavern.

Wednesday, April 3, 2024     Sgt. C. Smith checked on a reckless driver on Sam Snead Highway near Stillhouse Lane.

Thursday, April 4, 2024     Deputy Colaw responded to a domestic dispute on Rock Cut Road in Hot Springs.

Thursday, April 4, 2024     Deputy McRoberts assisted Virginia State Police with a hit and Run at the Hot Springs Post Office.

Thursday, April 4, 2024     Deputy Altizer assisted Virginia State Police with a tractor trailer broken down in the roadway on Sam Snead Highway near Robinson Lane.

Thursday, April 4, 2024     Deputy T. Plecker arrested Kaylen Pritt for possession of a Schedule I or II drug and possession of a gun with Schedule I or II drug.

Thursday, April 4, 2024     Deputy T. Plecker arrested James Roberts for possession of Schedule I or II drug, possession of a gun with Schedule I or II drug, possess a firearm after being convicted of felony within 10 years, and possess ammunition after being a convicted felon.

Friday, April 4, 2024     Deputy McRoberts assisted Hot Springs Rescue Squad with a medical call at a residence on Bee Town Road.

Friday, April 4, 2024     Deputy T. Harlow arrested Emily Lindsay on a larceny charge from Covington P. D.

Saturday, April 5, 2024     Deputy Harlow and Deputy D. Smith served an Emergency Custody Order at Bath Community Hospital.

Saturday, April 5, 2024     Sgt. C. Smith responded to a residence on Thomastown Road for a report of property damage.

Saturday, April 5, 2024     Sgt. C. Smith and Deputy D. Smith assisted Rescue 7 with a call on Pig Run Road.

Saturday, April 5, 2024     Sgt. C. Smith and Deputy D. Smith responded to a 911 hangup call on Edgewood Lane.

Bath County Sheriff’s Office communications officers answered 238 incoming calls and made 114 outbound calls during this time period.
