Updated: MGCC Announces Commencement, Nursing Pinning Ceremonies   Clifton Forge, VA (April 11, 2024) - Mountain Gateway Community College (MGCC) is proud to announce the upcoming Commencement and Nursing Pinning ceremonies. The MGCC Nursing Pinning Ceremony will be held on Wednesday, May 8 at 7:00 p.m. and the Commencement Ceremony will be held on May 10, at 6:30 p.m. in the Convocation Center. The nursing pinning ceremony, held on May 8, is a special ceremony for nursing graduates. This ceremony is a time-honored tradition in which nursing graduates are recognized for their hard work and dedication. The ceremony will be livestreamed on YouTube here: https://youtube.com/live/vMlPDtyec00?feature=share. Those attending the Commencement Ceremony can enter the Convocation Center at 5:30 p.m. when the doors open to the public. Friends, family, and other supporters of the graduates are welcome to attend the ceremony in person or watch the YouTube livestream available at https://youtube.com/live/bIkPUnXGXdQ?feature=share. Academic honors will be announced for select students during Commencement. These academic honors will also be noted on the official MGCC transcript.
