WestRock's Covington Mill Supports JRTC   Covington, VA (March 28, 2024) - The Covington mill recently presented donations to Jackson River Technical Center’s (JRTC) welding and carpentry programs. JRTC is dedicated to providing the students of Alleghany High School with the skills and training necessary to be competitive in the local workplace.
