Smith and Deputy Miller responded to a report of an animal control call on Sam Snead Hwy. 9/18/2023     Deputy Harlow spoke with a citizen about receiving threatening phone calls 9/18/2023     Major Bryan III transported prisoner from Alleghany Regional Jail to Bath County Circuit Court and then transported two prisoners back to jail. 9/18/2023     Deputy C. Altizer transported two prisoners from Alleghany Regional Jail to Bath County Circuit Court. Captain Weaver transported prisoners back to Alleghany Regional Jail. 9/18/2023     Deputy Harlow transported two prisoners from Alleghany Regional Jail to Bath County Circuit Cour.t. Deputy Altizer arrested Steven Grose on capias for sell/distribute sch I or II. Deputy Altizer also arrested Tonya Howard on a capias for sell/distribute sch I or II controlled substance. Deputy Altizer obtained three additional warrants for possess sch I or II drug, obstruct justice: official victim threat/force, and assault and batter on law enforcement officer. Lt. Grimm, Sheriff Plecker, Deputy Plecker, Deputy McRoberts, Deputy Miller, and Captain Weaver assisted with a search warrant at this residence. 9/19/2023     Deputy McRoberts transported Deputy Harlow to Bath Community Hospital. 9/19/2023     Deputy Rexrode attempted a wellbeing check at a residence on Deerfield Road. 9/19/2023     Sheriff Plecker and Lt. Grimm responded to a report of a dispute on Klondike Drive. 9/20/2023     Deputy D. Smith responded to a report of an injured deer on Sam Snead Hwy. 9/20/2023     Deputy Altizer responded to a fire call on Roseloe Lane. 9/20/2023     Captain Weaver, Lt. Grimm, Deputy D. Deputy Bryan IV served a temporary custody order, Deputy Harlow assisted. 9/22/2023     Deputy Harlow responded to assist a motorist who was lost on Jackson River Tpke. 9/22/2023     Deputy Harlow and Deputy Bryan responded to a report of a suspicious vehicle on Indian Draft Rd. Deputy Harlow arrested Sean Stephen Blanks for drunk in public and transported to Alleghany Regional Jail. 9/22/2023     Deputy Bryan IV out with livestock in the road on River Road. Bath County Sheriff’s Office communications officers answered 302 incoming calls and made 135 outbound calls during this time period.
