Clifton Forge Woman’s Club Holds Holiday Joy Silent Auction   Clifton Forge, VA (Nov. 15, 2022) - The Clifton Forge Woman’s Club is once again presenting a Holiday Joy Silent Auction filled with beautiful Christmas and gift items for your holiday joy. The Holiday Joy Silent Auction runs in conjunction with the Woman’s Club Holiday Home Tour which features five decorated homes and takes place on Saturday, December 3 from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Tickets for the Holiday Home Tour are $15.00 and can be purchased at the home during the day of the tour or at area merchants. The Holiday Joy Silent Auction begins on Monday, November 28 from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm every day except Saturday, December 3 when it is open from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm. Bidding ends at 5:00 p.m. on Saturday, December 3 and winners will be notified on Sunday, December 4. The Holiday Joy Silent Auction is located in the WestRock Room of The Historic Masonic Theatre. Take the elevator to the third floor. The Holiday Home Tour and the Holiday Joy Silent Auction is a fundraiser for the Clifton Forge Woman’s Club. The Club used the money that is raised to donate to area charities and non-profits. The Holiday Joy Silent Auction features hand decorated Christmas trees, hand-made wreaths, gift baskets, table toppers, quilted items, jewelry--all kinds of delights! The Christmas trees are fully decorated and some are themed such as the Virginia Tech tree. They are ready to take home and place in a special area of your home. The items are made by members of the Woman’s Club or donated by area merchants. Once the items are set up for display on November 28, photos will be available on the Clifton Forge Woman’s Club Facebook page. Libby Burger, chairperson for the Silent Auction remarks, “We encourage everyone who needs a special Holiday gift to stop by the Auction and place a bid.
