Shelia Ann Fields, 80, of Ronceverte, West Virginia, went to be with the Lord on Friday, March 21, 2025, at Peyton Hospice House.

She was born on February 25, 1945, in Leslie, the daughter of the late Jasper D'Varie Richmond and Edna Frances Rucker Richmond.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Pastor Lonnie E. "Sank" Fields; sisters, Lucy, Nyle, Linda, Cindy, and Pam; brothers, Bobby and Jackie.

Shelia liked making quilts when she could. She enjoyed canning, fishing, and playing solitaire. She loved Christmas time. She didn't like getting older but enjoyed and loved being with her kids, grandkids, great-grandkids, and great-grandchild. She will be missed.

Those left to cherish her memory are her daughters, Selena Fields of Ronceverte, Michelle (James) Shawver of Dawson, Alexzandrea Fields of Ronceverte; sons, Steve (Lisa) Fields of Crawley and Ronnie (Michelle) Fields of Hominy Falls and Isaiah Fields of Marfrance ; grandchildren, Danny, RJ, Levi, Justin, Luke, Seth, Stevie, Jessica, Sarah, Autumn, Amber, Kelsi, Autumn, Logan, and Hunter. 39 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild and one on the way; two brothers, Jimmie Richmond of MD, and Charles Richmond of VA; sisters, Brenda Elliott of VA, Jeannie Langford of VA, and Marie Terezakis of SC.

Visitation was held from 1:00 until 2:00 p.m. at Wallace & Wallace, Rainelle. A graveside service followed at 3:00 p.m., Sunday, March 23, 2025, at Fields Cemetery, Nettie with Rev.
