Iron Gate Fire Department Presents "Halloween at The Station" By Ashley Prior Staff Writer   Iron Gate, VA (Oct. 31, 2025) - This evening the Journal joined the Iron Gate Fire Department for their "Halloween at The Station." The event began at 6 p.m. and ended around 9 p.m. There were plenty of hot dogs and baked good for sale, a table full of candy and refreshments for the children. The children also had a decorated pumpkin contest, prizes for best costume and more.
