Alleghany Highlands Kiwanis Club Honors Oliver With Life Member Designation   Covington, VA (May 19, 2022) - The Alleghany Highlands Kiwanis Club recently held a very special ceremony last Thursday evening to recognize Jim Oliver with a Life Member designation. Jim originally joined the Covington Kiwanis Club in 1975 and served as President of the club in 1980. The ceremony included fun stories from the past and some interesting club history.
