Local Author Donates Book: 'Shadow Of Things To Come Very Soon'

Clifton Forge, VA (April 27, 2021) - Local author William Kelly recently donated an autographed copy of his book to the Clifton Forge Public Library.

Mr. Kelly wrote “Shadow of Things to Come Very Soon” in order to “teach Christians to understand the foundations of the book of Revelation, to see how it is put together by using the Old Testament as a shadow of the New.”

Mr. Kelly earned a Bible degree from Liberty University. He and author Ron Wyatt visited Turkey where Kelly photographed Noah’s Ark. They also traveled to the Gulf of Aqaba where Mr. Kelly made a video of the remains of the Egyptian army who are believed to have drowned at this northeastern arm of the Red Sea.

An Army veteran, Mr. Kelly is the retired owner of two commercial laundries. An avid student of the Bible, Mr. Kelly has devoted most of his life to speaking in churches, schools, and clubs.

“Shadow of Things to Come Very Soon” is the result of “walking with the Holy Spirit for over sixty years,” Mr. Kelly says. His hope is that people will “read it carefully.”

The Clifton Forge Public Library is located at 535 Church Street. The currently adjusted hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. The phone number is 540-863-2519.
