Rose Ave. resident Paul Creasy has identified himself as the subject who ended up facing a gun in his face from a Roanoke juvenile on Friday night. This is the vehicle the suspect stole.

CF Police Take Juvenile Into Custody In Robbery Case

 
Clifton Forge, VA (Sun., Jan. 17, 2021) - Officers with the Clifton Forge Police Department have taken a male juvenile into custody stemming from Friday's night's multiple robbery case.

After receiving a tip from a concerned citizen, officers were able to develop a suspect and link him to both robberies as well as a stolen vehicle recovered from the 1300 block of Jefferson Ave.

Officers were also able to recover the vehicle taken from Rose Ave., as well as another stolen vehicle taken from Botetourt County.

The Clifton Forge Police Department would like to thank the residents of Clifton Forge and the Alleghany Highlands for their assistance and dedication to brining this matter to a swift resolution.

The Clifton Forge Police Department would also like to thank the Alleghany County Sheriff's Department, the Covington Police Department and the Virginia State Police for their assistance with the case.
