Covington, VA (Sept. 21, 2020) - Here are some dates and times and basic election information for those who are current residents of Alleghany County (not city of Covington residents).
To VOTE on Tuesday, November 3, 6:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. (General Election)
• Register/Update Address by: Tuesday, October 13, 2020
• Request Absentee Ballot by mail by: 5:00 p.m. Friday, October 23, 2020.
• Request Absentee Ballot by appearing in person by: 5:00 p.m. Saturday, October 31, 2020
The Polling places will be open on Election Day, Tuesday, November 3, 2020 from 6:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. |  | The Clifton Forge ballot also includes the option to vote on constitutional amendments.
