 | Covington, VA (March 8, 2019) - Gerald E. Franson Insurance Agency has made a donation to the 23rd annual Alleghany Highlands Bike Rodeo that is set to take place on Saturday, May 4th beginning at 10 a.m. at the Jackson River Sport Complex in Covington.
