Auditions For 'Highlands Brass' Group Available   Covington, VA (May 17, 2018) - Auditions are being held for Highlands Brass, a group of between six and ten young brass musicians that will rehearse and perform concerts in the summer of 2018. Auditions are open to all brass musicians ages 14 to 25. For audition material and audition time and place, please call Major Kim Feinauer of The Salvation Army at 540-968-1942 or contact him at kim.feinauer@uss.salvationarmy.org. An invitation to join Highlands Brass will be extended to applicants based on their musical skill and the instrumentation needs of the group. Those selected must commit to participate in all rehearsals and concerts. Weekly rehearsals will take place at The Salvation Army in Covington, the time set in consultation with the group’s members. Concert times and places will coordinate with school schedules.
