Clifton Forge Public Library to Offer an Introduction to Essential Oils   Clifton Forge, VA (Feb. 19, 2018) - Have you heard about the benefits of essential oils? Maybe you have considered using them, but are unsure how to get started due to the often overwhelming array of oils and applications. 
Roxanne Nicely, assisted by Joy Skovira, will present “An Introduction to Essential Oils” on Tuesday, February 27. The program will be held in the Michael Armstrong Community Room of the Clifton Forge Public Library and will begin at 6:00 p.m. 
Roxanne and Joy will discuss which oils should become part of your daily routine, how to apply oils, and ways to use oils to optimize your desired results. They will also address how essential oils empower individuals to naturally maintain their health and the health of their family. “Essential Oils,” Mrs. Nicely says, “also help to create a positive emotional state, improve your physical well-being, rejuvenate your skin, and clean and purify your home.” Mrs. Nicely continues, “My goal is to share how vital and easy it is to incorporate essential oils into your daily routine.” Mrs. Skovira adds, “Essential oil enthusiasts and educators always joke that there is an ‘oil for that,’ but with all kidding aside, there truly is! Whether you are looking for emotional support, increased energy, physical needs, beauty and aging support, cleaning and cooking, or anything in between, there is an oil that can - and will - offer extraordinary benefits in your life.” “Essential Oils,” Mrs. Nicely concludes, “have become a beacon of hope in my life and it is my responsibility to share what I have learned with you so that you can experience the same benefits.” Following the program, the Friends of the Library will provide light refreshments.
