A huge crowd of well-wishers, parents, officials, and relatives of graduates turned out for the 2015 Dabney S. Lancaster Community College commencement ceremonies held on the Clifton Forge campus on May 15. Guest speak was Terry Austin of Botetourt County, who represents the 19th District in Virginia House of Delegates. The winner of the prestigious Gary Lee Miller Outstanding Student Award was Lisa Colwill, who is a member of the Student Senate and Phi Theta Kappa. DSLCC President Dr. John Rainone handed out diplomas to the 157 graduates who received Associate Degrees, Certificates, and Career Studies Certificates.
